MISSION AT A GLANCE

 Mission of the college is to spread the light of knowledge among the students of this agrarian area of rural Bengal most of whom are first generation learners by creating an ideal learning environment. Our motto is to inculcate moral values among the students and make them sensitized socially. Our mission is to help the needy and meritorious students of the locality to progress through higher education. The college is determined to impart quality education to the students irrespective of their religion, sex, gender, caste, creed or economic status. The institute has always tried to communicate its view holistically to all the stakeholders so that no single issue of gender biasness or ragging case can arise within the campus.

SPECIFIC VISION

Catering quality education and training among young generation to make them intellectually sound, self- reliant, compassionate human resources so as to future leaders of the nation by fulfilling their educational passion through value based education.The college not only aims to impart contemporary education to the students but also puts equal importance on co-curricular activities so that they become versatile in all of their future endeavors. The institute promotes social and moral values among the students and is dedicated to create an environment of alround development of the students. The college aspires to overcome its limitations for the betterment of its students.

OBJECTIVES

Amongst the objectives of the institution it was to introduce verious honours courses in Science and Arts stream as demanded by the locality. the college started with its motto to create graduate students in each and every family living in this vast rural and agrarian area. Such noble objectives should be fulfilled.
